TradeBuilds.app ("TradeBuilds," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, forms, calls, texts, and email, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site or submitting information to us, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Contact details you provide (name, email, phone, company, project details) via forms, email, calls, or texts.
• Booking information such as scheduled call times and meeting notes.
• Communications you send us and records of our responses.
• Technical data like IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, and pages visited, collected automatically via cookies and standard server logs.

2. How We Use Information

• Respond to inquiries, quotes, and support requests.
• Schedule and conduct strategy calls and project work.
• Send transactional messages (quotes, invoices, updates).
• Send marketing emails, newsletters, or SMS messages if you have opted in.

3. SMS / Text Message Consent

By providing your phone number and checking a consent box or replying to confirm, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from TradeBuilds related to your inquiry, project, appointments, and (if separately opted in) occasional marketing offers.

• Message frequency varies based on your project and preferences.
• Message & data rates may apply from your carrier.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at sabrina@tradebuilds.app.
• We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Consent to receive SMS is never shared.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Email Marketing & Newsletters

If you opt in, we may send newsletters, product updates, tips, or promotional offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also email sabrina@tradebuilds.app to be removed. Transactional messages (about active projects, quotes, or billing) are not subject to unsubscribe.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality, performance, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

11. Google Calendar Integration

TradeBuilds offers an optional integration that lets you connect your Google Calendar so the jobs and service calls you schedule in TradeBuilds appear on your calendar. It is enabled only when you explicitly connect your Google account, and you can disconnect it at any time from Settings → Integrations.

• What we access. When you connect Google Calendar you grant TradeBuilds the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events permission. We use it solely to create, update, and delete the calendar events that correspond to jobs you schedule in TradeBuilds. We do not read, access, or modify your existing calendars, personal events, or any events not created by TradeBuilds.
• How we use it. When you schedule a job we create a matching event; when you reschedule or cancel it we update or remove that event. That is the only use of this access.
• What we store. We securely store the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google, their expiry, and the connected calendar identifier. These credentials are access-restricted, are never exposed to other users, and are permanently deleted when you disconnect.
• Sharing. We do not sell this data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models.

Limited Use. TradeBuilds' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
